Amazon Address Settings

  • Updated

If your returns are being routed to a ReturnPro facility, you will need to configure your return address settings in Amazon Seller Central. There are two ways to do this, so choose the option that fits your setup:

  • Option 1: Use if you want all Amazon returns routed to ReturnPro by default.
  • Option 2: Use if you only want specific SKUs routed to ReturnPro (e.g., your ReturnPro-enrolled items alongside other fulfillment arrangements).
Before you begin: You will need your Seller Ref # to complete address setup. This number is emailed to you by ReturnPro after registration. If you have not received it, contact info@returnpro.com for assistance.

Option 1: Set up ReturnPro facility address as default

This option routes all Amazon returns to ReturnPro. Complete the steps below in Amazon Seller Central.

  1. Log in to Amazon Seller Central and go to Settings > Return Settings > Manage Return Addresses > Manage your return address.

  2. Select Add address to create a new return address for the ReturnPro facility.

    a. In the Address Name field, enter your name using this format:

[Seller Ref #] – [Business Name] c/o ReturnPro

Example: 2456 – The Recon Group c/o ReturnPro

    • You can find your Seller Ref # next to "Ref#" in the ReturnPro Address Setup email sent to you after registration. If you can't locate that email, please contact ReturnPro Support for assistance.

    b. Then fill in the ReturnPro facility address details:

    Field Value
Address Line 1 7100 Oak Grove Road
    City Fort Worth
    State Texas
    Zip 76140

    c. Check the Make this my default address checkbox, then select Add address.

All Amazon returns will now be routed to the ReturnPro facility by default.

Option 2: Set up SKU overrides (ReturnPro facility address not set as default)

This option lets you route specific SKUs to ReturnPro using Amazon's Return Address Template. Use this if ReturnPro is not your default return address.

  1. Log in to Amazon Seller Central and go to Settings > Return Settings > Manage Return Addresses > Manage your return address.

    State Texas
    Zip 76140
  2. Do not check Make this my default address. Select Add address.
  1. Go to Return Settings > Manage Return Templates.

  2. Select Download template to download the Return Address Template file.

  3. Open the downloaded file and go to the Instructions tab. Follow the steps under How to prepare your Return Address Template.

  4. On the Return Address tab, enter each SKU you want to route to ReturnPro, paired with the address name you created in Step 2.

Example: If your address name is 2456 – The Recon Group c/o ReturnPro, enter that name exactly in the address name column alongside each applicable SKU. Do not enter the full address; enter the address name only.

  5. Once complete, confirm that the Return Address tab is the active tab. Save the file as a tab-delimited .txt file.

  6. Return to Manage Return Templates. In the Upload file section, click Select, choose your saved .txt file, and select Upload.

All SKUs listed in the file will now be routed to the ReturnPro facility.
