If Seller’s returns go to ReturnPro facilities, Sellers should apply some settings in Amazon Seller Central. There are 2 ways to set it up:
Option 1. Set up ReturnPro facility address as default
-
Go to ‘Manage your return address
-
Create a new address for the ReturnPro facility. Name it (eg. ‘ReturnPro SKU Override’), fill in the address details, and check ‘Make this my default Address’. Then click ‘Add address.'
Now all the returns will be routed to ReturnPro facility by default.
Option 2. Set up SKU overrides (if ReturnPro facility address is not set as default)
-
Go to ‘Manage your return address’
-
Create a new address for the ReturnPro facility. Name it (eg. ‘ReturnPro SKU Override’), fill in the address details. Then click ‘Add address.'
-
Go to Amazon Seller Central Return Settings → Manage Return Templates
-
Download the Return address template.
-
Follow the steps on the Instructions tab, under How to prepare your Return Address Template.
-
Enter the SKU and the name of the address specified in step 2 (eg. ‘ReturnPro SKU Override’). Do not enter the actual address. Enter only the address name.
-
Once you have completed this template, ensure that the Return Address page is the tab displayed before you save. Save as a tab-delimited (*.txt) file.
-
Go to Upload file section, click ‘Select’, select your saved *.txt) file and click ‘Upload’.
Now all the SKUs listed in the file will be routed to ReturnPro facility.
