How to Set Up ReturnPro for Returns Processing in Shopify

To use ReturnPro Shopper portal for all the returns, Seller should:

  1. Disable self-service returns in Shopify admin
    1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Customer Accounts
    2. In the Customer accounts section, disable the Self-serve returns option

  2. Add ReturnPro Shopper portal URL to the menu option
    1. Go to Content > Menus and click ‘Create menu’9a93e86f-5edd-43c6-b9cd-c265b094ebe9.png
    2. Select one of existing menus or create a new one clicking ‘Create menu’ button

    3. Click ‘Add menu item’

    4. Customize menu item label (eg. Returns) and fill in ReturnPro Shopper portal URL and click ‘Save’

  3. Shopper portal URL can be found in ReturnPro Seller portal (Settings > Shopper Experience)
