How to Connect Shopify Marketplace (Delegated Access)

1. Navigate to Settings → Marketplaces → Connect new marketplace

2. Select Shopify (click Connect)

3. Now you should populate this form with Shopify Seller Portal credentials (which we will show you how to get all these values from Shopify in the steps below)

4. Log in to Shopify Seller Portal and click Settings

4.1 Copy this domain and paste it to Domain ReturnPro field.  We need to make sure that you are using the "myshopify.com" domain.  If you do not see a "myshopify.com" domain you can proceed to look in this area:

• Log in to your Shopify admin panel
• Navigate to the Online Store section
• Click on Domains
• Your Shopify store URL, which typically ends with .myshopify.com, will be displayed here
• You can also find it in the General settings under Store details

4.2 Navigate to Apps and sales channels → Develop apps in Shopify Seller Portal

4.3 Click Create an app, fill in an app name and click Create app once again

4.4 Click the Configure Admin API scopes button

4.5 Select the following permissions listed 

• read_customers
• read_products
• read_publications
• read_fulfillments
• read_markets
• read_locations
• write_discounts
• read_discounts
• write_draft_orders
• read_draft_orders
• write_orders
• read_orders
• write_product_listings
• read_product_listings
• write_returns
• read_returns

• write_assigned_fulfillment_orders

• write_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders

• write_third_party_fulfillment_orders

  
  
  Once you have checked the box next to each of the items above in Shopify , press Save
  
  4.6 Navigate to API credentials and click Install app, confirm this action on the popup.

4.7 Navigate to API credentials section, copy Access Token, API key and API secret key and paste it to the respective fields in ReturnPro.

5. Click Connect in ReturnPro

6. Check that the connection is successful

7. Proceed with further onboarding steps.
