WM Return Centers Configuration

Overview

ReturnPro operates four dedicated return centers throughout the United States and Canada, providing a wide range of value-added services. These services include receiving, sorting, refurbishing, sanitizing, repackaging, fulfillment, recycling, donating, and returning items to vendors. You have the flexibility to specify a ReturnPro return center as your preferred destination for returns within your settings on Walmart Seller Central.

  • Note: At this time, only the Texas return center is available for use when configuring return settings.

Add ReturnPro as a Return Center

  1. Log in to your Walmart Seller Central account with your Email and Password here.

  2. Select Settings () from the top navigation.

  3. Select Returns under the Shipping Profile heading.   

  4. Select Add Return Center under the Return Centers (Required) heading.

  5. In the Display Name box, enter your information using this format:

      [Seller Number] - [Seller Name] c/o ReturnPro

      Example: 2456 – The Recon Group c/o ReturnPro

  • You can find your Seller Number next to "Ref#" in the ReturnPro Address Setup email sent to you after registration. If you can't locate that email, please contact ReturnPro Support for assistance. 
  1. Enter the following ReturnPro return center details as shown in Table 1.0 below.
    • Note: Only the Texas return center is currently available.

  • It is critical to enter the information exactly as it appears in Table 1.0.
  1. Select Add Return Center.
