Home Navigation - Returns Summary

Overview

The Home page summarizes key information about your returns and business activities through interactive tiles. These tiles provide a quick snapshot of data from different sections of the software, allowing you to easily monitor trends, actions, and performance.

Tiles

Tiles provide insights into return trends, totals, and key business data, including:

• Actions: Displays important notifications and reminders. Clicking an action takes you to the relevant ReturnPro page where you can perform the action(s).
• Total Sales vs. Total Returns: Compares the total sales value of the seller’s store against all returns processed through ReturnPro and marketplaces.
• Gross & Net Recovery: Shows total revenue from reselling returns (gross recovery) and net revenue after deducting fees, with period-over-period comparisons. Toggle between monetary values and percentages.
• Total Inventory by ReturnPro Facilities: Displays inventory counts at each ReturnPro facility on the last day of a selected date range.
• Need Help: Quick access to contact ReturnPro support.
• Total Returns by Marketplace: Breaks down returns by marketplace.
• ReturnPro Tips: Displays returns related tips and news.
• Total Inventory by Status: Categorizes inventory units by status, visually displaying distribution.
• Total Inventory: Shows total inventory units and value with period-over-period comparisons in a bar chart.
